Licenses are simply a village's way of monitoring builders who do business under its jurisdiction. Each village has its own standards of validation for the licensing process. Most licenses are renewed annually, however some villages require a two-year licensing commitment. TCC holds current licenses in several area villages, and we have never been denied a license to do work. If we do not currently hold a license in your particular village, we will apply immediately upon your acceptance of our proposal.
